Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist in Provo, Utah, to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that inventory levels are up-to-date, reconcile discrepancies, and implement strategies to minimize stock errors. This role is vital for our Logistics operations, ensuring we have the right products in the right place at the right time. You will work closely with warehouse staff, procurement teams, and management to achieve optimal inventory accuracy. Key duties include conducting cycle counts, performing physical inventory checks, investigating discrepancies, and recommending process improvements. Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount; you will be expected to follow all Safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE . This position may involve some Lifting of inventory items and requires a good understanding of warehouse management systems. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in inventory management software.

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics best practices.
  • Familiarity with Safety protocols and the use of PPE .
  • Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting .
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
