Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using an RF scanner.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into boxes or other shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper PPE usage and lifting techniques.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or replenishment.
- Report any damaged or missing items to a supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order specifications.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and following safe lifting procedures.
- Knowledge of basic safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
