We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Jacksonville, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and safety.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE, and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Manage daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
