We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Provo, Utah. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and processing incoming shipments, accurate stocking of inventory, efficient picking and packing of orders, and preparing items for dispatch. This position requires the physical ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting and movement throughout the shift, often handling items up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is a top priority, and all associates are expected to adhere strictly to company Safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory and shipments.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and Safety of the warehouse.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all company Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling and care of all products to prevent damage.
- Report any Safety hazards or operational issues immediately.
- Wear all required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
