Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £34,361.60 per annum

Your Role as Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Meet each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and secure environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child's unique learning and development.
  • Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
