Responsibilities
Lead the design, planning, and implementation of terrestrial network connectivity solutions, including inside plant components Design, provision, and managing WAN circuits to support commercial internet access and organizational connectivity needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions into enterprise environments Develop and maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and performance metrics Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions to maintain high availability and performance Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network reliability, scalability, and security Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in network engineering or related field Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience Must be a US Citizen - Able to obtain a Public Trust CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+ Proven experience with WAN design, provisioning, and management Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network infrastructure best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
