As an SDR, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue goals for the overall business by filling the top of the mid-market sales funnel. You make the first impression a prospect has of Quartile, so you will be setting the tone for how the entire sales process and overall Quartile experience will go. This is a great opportunity to learn all about sales and to grow within our organization./ppRequirements:/pulli1+ years of experience on an inside sales or business development team- relevant internship, co-op, or post-grad experience accepted/liliExperience prospecting, networking and/or new business development/li/ulpWho You Are:/pulliLooking to join a fast-paced inside sales team/liliCoachable and have a competitive spirit/liliSelf-motivated and goal-oriented/liliOrganized and have top-notch follow up skills/liliA strong communicator - both verbal/on the phone and written/liliAble to work in a collaborative team environment/li/ulpWhat Youll Do:/pulliLead introductory sales calls and assisting Account Executives by scheduling meetings/presentations for mid-market and SMB prospects/liliLeverage multiple outreach methods (cold call, email, social media) to engage and build out the top of the sales funnel/liliProactively target and qualify potential clients/liliQualify inbound leads based on criteria and manage the inbound lead process/liliWork your way through the hierarchy of e-commerce businesses, pitching mid-level and senior executives/liliServe as an expert on Quartile, educating prospects on the value of Quartiles technology and developing them into sales-ready opportunities/liliMaintain and track all prospective account updates and progress through Salesforce/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliComprehensive Insurance Coverage/lili401K Plan with Employer Match/liliGenerous Paid Time Off (24 Vacation days, 7 Sick days, 12 Company Holidays, Summer Fridays)/liliCompany Laptop + additional tech accessories/liliThe base pay for this position is targeted at $45,000 per year with commission based on performance/li/ul/div
