This individual will develop phone-based account and territory management plans, generate and support incoming sales leads, initiate prospect calls, and establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop and utilize territory management plan/liliIdentify and cold-call prospects/liliSupport account managers in generating new business by creating and delivering qualified opportunities/liliMake outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell/liliSupport, manage, and qualify incoming leads from all sources/liliService existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow-ups; and other account related issues/liliProvide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns/liliEffectively leverage CRM for documentation, collaboration, and analysis/liliCommunicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms/liliProvide ongoing sales demand forecasts/liliNegotiate business to close including pricing, sales terms and other conditions/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBS/BA in business related discipline required/liliPrevious customer service or inside sales experience would be beneficial/liliExperience with CRM and other sales systems and tools/liliTraits: passion for selling, tenacious, inquisitive/li/ulpEastman Chemical Company is an equal opportunity employer.
