Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry./ppCrowe is looking for a Data Solutions Architect to be a leader on our team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. The primary focus will be helping our clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:/pulliServe as subject matter expert on Business Intelligence engineering platforms (Ex - Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data platform, Snowflake, DBT) demonstrating platform capabilities and promoting application of toolset to address business needs and maximize the value realized from technology investment./liliOversee the design and deployment of data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks that improve transparency and support decision-making./liliUtilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to detect anomalous activity and patterns in transaction data./liliEnsure data quality and integrity through best practices in data management and governance./liliMentor and lead a team of data analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment./liliProvide technical guidance and career development opportunities to junior team members, ensuring high levels of performance and professional growth./liliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to integrate data-driven insights into broader business strategies./liliKeep abreast of evolving regulations and industry standards related to BSA/AML and financial crime prevention./liliDevelop and implement frameworks that align with regulatory changes and help clients stay ahead of compliance requirements./liliWork with legal and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable data analytics strategies./liliContribute to proposals and presentations for potential clients, demonstrating expertise in data analytics and regulatory compliance./liliRepresent the organization at industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert in data consulting for Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)./liliDrive internal innovation by identifying emerging technologies and methodologies that can improve service delivery./liliParticipate in presales engagements to manage the vision and expectations of a clients multiple stakeholders and create a conceptual solution design involving effort estimation, technical and functional solution, execution methodology, project plan, and team./liliParticipate in the systems development process, including planning and monitoring systems development efforts, coordinating activities with other groups, reviewing deliverables and communicating status to the project manager and client./liliLead and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members./liliArchitect, implement, deploy, and support analytical databases and pipelines in an Azure environment./liliCreate proofs of concepts as necessary for architectural vision, strategy, and tool evaluation./liliDocument, diagram, and present complex/technical material that can be understood by a non-technical audience./liliCreate and deploy accurate client architecture and analyses in a relatively short period of time./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required./liliAdvanced degree (Masters/Ph.D.) is preferred./liliExperience working in or consulting for financial services./liliIn-depth understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Financial Audits, or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance requirements./liliAt least 710 years of progressive experience in data analytics, consulting, or financial services; a strong background in banking and regulatory compliance implementations is desired./liliProven track record in managing complex data projects and leading cross-functional teams./liliExperience in working with large datasets, data warehousing, and advanced analytics tools./lili8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise data warehouse and data lake implementations./lili5+ years of external client consulting experience./lili5+ years of hands-on experience building automated ETL/ELT or data integration processes utilizing multiple source systems./lili5+ years of team management experience (including offshore resources)./lili5+ years of experience leading multiple external client projects simultaneously./lili5+ years of preparing detailed external client project budget estimations with strong resource management capabilities./lili3+ years of in-depth experience in architecting, designing, and implementing complex data architectures on Azure including Azure Data Factory, Azure/Managed Instance SQL Server, Azure Logic App, and Azure Synapse Analytics./liliExperience mentoring teammates or conducting technical training./liliPossess integrity and a strong work ethic./liliStrong analytical and verbal/written communication skills./liliCertifications (Preferred): Certifications in BI (ETL tools, visualization tools, cloud architectures) are expected./liliCertifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)./liliPreferred Skills and Experience:/liulliHands-on experience with comprehensive dimensional modelling and end-to-end data warehouse projects, including:/liulliRequirements gathering/liliInfrastructure planning and deployment/liliSubject matter expert interviews/liliLogical and physical dimensional model design and development/liliETL/ELT development and maintenance/liliModel and data validation/liliDocumentation/li/ulliPrevious consulting experience or experience working with external clients./liliProficiency in analytics and statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)./liliExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and big data technologies./liliFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks and cloud-based data platforms is advantageous./liliExperience working on projects using agile development practices./liliAzure experience: building landing zones, provisioning resources, establishing security is a big plus./li/ul/ul/div
