divh2IT Support Specialist/h2pProvide system administration services daily. Support services may be required outside of normal core hours for recovery and scheduled monthly maintenance actions. Maintain computer security in accordance with the DoDEA IT Automated Information System Security Plan. Provide Tier III expert support of the DoDEA-wide e-mail system. Engineer and manage enterprise service requirements impacting IT servers, storage, and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Perform systems implementation analysis, providing expert recommendation to Government using best industry practices with efficiencies. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, upgrade, and server system hardware. Determine the server that best meets the needs of the Government, as requested. Create data retention, backup process and plans for the restoration of data; meeting security, configuration and performance goals. Maintain DODEA enterprise software configuration standards. Scheduling system downtime for maintenance and restore system integrity. Manage the warranty and repair of enterprise equipment. Proactively manage the reliability and uptime of all enterprise IT resources. Perform updates and patches on all enterprise IT resources./ppRequired Qualifications:/pulliActive DoD Secret Clearance/liliDoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)/liliMicrosoft Active Directory, Azure, Powershell, and SCCM experience./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulli5+ years related experience./liliPersonal Effectiveness/Credibility./liliExceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities./liliStrong attention to detail./liliAbility to work with little supervision./liliProficient verbal and written communication skills./liliAbility to work cross-functionally with several departments and prioritize tasks as needed./liliFamiliarity with server management and monitoring tools./liliStrong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues./li/ul/div
