An organization earns this distinction when its employees have expressed their trust in the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with./ppAs an Inside Sales Representative you will seek out new customers and partner with existing ones, offering targeted products designed to improve their businesses, using a consultative sales approach./ppThe chance to do something meaningful, to challenge yourself, to be a part of change in an industry, to influence change doesnt come around every day./ph2Responsibilities/h2pSell the full line of office supplies to established customers and potential customers while providing excellent customer service in a moral and ethical manner./ppProperly maintain equipment and inventory in your possession./ppTurn in sales orders promptly, completed, and properly signed./ppWork with the President to create a weekly action plan/ppMarket within territory by phone and in person as called for./ppEnsure that all customer purchases are received in satisfactory condition./ppPeriodically contact each customer to ensure satisfaction and to receive referrals./ppWork with collections department, if needed, to assist with customer payments./ppSet appointments for the sales team into Targeted Accounts/ppMake new business calls in an adequate number for potential buyers to secure appointments with the proper decision-making individuals./ppSend emails, mail, and LinkedIn communications/ppSpend time researching targeted accounts/ppMaintain records on potential buyers, their current needs, and call back dates after each business call./ppAssisting the President in the QBR process for current customers/ppUpdate notes and follow up in Sherpa/ppWork with all departmental managers relative to personnel and customer needs analysis./ppSupport co-workers./ppGain additional training on own time as well as attending company sponsored programs and seminars./ph2Qualifications/h2pExcellent written and verbal communication skills./ppConcentration, speed and accuracy to handle paperwork expeditiously are a must./ppHigh level of confidentiality./ppCustomer service oriented./ppExcellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills./ppPositive businesslike behavior and appearance./ppAbility and willingness to travel
