What Awaits You

In this exciting multi-skilled role, you’ll join a dynamic maintenance team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Providing engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment.
  • Working with cutting-edge technologies, including automated equipment, robots, and complex tooling.
  • Contributing to the production of Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery.

Whether you’re an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or a multiskilled engineer, we’ll equip you with the training and support you need to enhance your qualifications. You’ll have access to industry-leading training programs, including Siemens, Kuka Robotics, and ABB Robotics Training. Plus, you’ll be working in one of the cleanest and most modern factories in the area, where teamwork and enjoyment are part of the culture.

What to Expect

As a valued member of our Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime while adhering to safe working practices.
  • Conducting PM checks and running checks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Carrying out weekend/shutdown work and delivering projects as needed.
  • Embracing training opportunities as required by the business.
What You'll Need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
  • Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CNC Machining Centres and systems, including conveyor systems and auxiliary equipment.
  • A solid understanding of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
