Junior Kitchen Manager (maternity cover)

About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis! This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for 12 months, where you’ll play a crucial part in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

As you report to the Senior Kitchen Manager, you’ll help lead a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift. Your mission? To ensure our guests are always at the heart of everything we do! You’ll be involved in:

• Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Delivering food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

Typical working hours: This role is based on 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7am and 3am, depending on our restaurant's opening hours.
