Salary: £29,348.80 per annum

Your Role as Nursery PractitionerAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
- Support the smooth running of the nursery and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
- Build professional relationships and report any concerns to management.
- Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS: Desirable
