Salary: Up to £29,326.70 per annum (based on qualifications and experience)

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality care and education tailored to each child’s individual needs
• Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
• Collaborating with your team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Following nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
• Supporting children’s physical, emotional, and social development through play and interaction

• ✅ Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
• ✅ Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
• ➕ 1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable
• ➕ Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
