Position Summary If you are passionate about data and eager to unlock business insights, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify valuable data sources, develop robust analytical models, and effectively communicate your findings. What you'll do Data Source Identification:
Utilize your understanding of business domains to identify suitable data sources, ensuring data quality aligns with business requirements. Data Strategy:
Implement data management and governance strategies that emphasize the business value of data while unlocking insights for decision-making. Model Deployment and Scaling:
Support the deployment and scalability of analytical models, ensuring they perform optimally in production environments. Code Development and Testing:
Develop and test code using programming languages such as SQL, Java, and Python to create solutions that meet data requirements. Model Assessment and Validation:
Conduct rigorous assessments of analytical models, applying statistical testing techniques to ensure accuracy and robustness. Data Visualization:
Create compelling visual representations of data using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Understanding Business Context:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Tech Problem Formulation:
Identify and formulate analytics solutions to business challenges, drawing on your understanding of data analytics methodologies. Analytical Modeling:
Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to address complex business problems and optimize outcomes. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, or A Master’s degree in a related field with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience in an analytics-related field. Preferred Qualifications: We prefer candidates with: Experience in data science, machine learning, and optimization models. A Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar fields. Familiarity with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. A passion for creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of accessibility best practices. Work Location The primary work location for this position will be at
