enGen Job Summary This position focuses on delivering Epic solutions, requiring proficiency in one or more Epic modules. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of content management, downtime procedures, and technical infrastructure. As an architect, you will support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of architectural strategies to meet business capabilities. You will ensure completeness and integrity in architecture by addressing stakeholder concerns and reconciling conflicting interests. Your role will involve considering practicality and fitness for purpose in the development of architecture, while leveraging business and technology knowledge for process and system improvements. Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends is essential. Essential Responsibilities Provide strategic consultation to business stakeholders on designing business processes and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements. Assist in specifying and designing systems, solutions, networks, and processes; ensuring effective application of design standards and methods. Utilize appropriate tools to develop architecture models and translate requirements into detailed designs for implementation. Clarify and communicate functional and non-functional requirements, analyze the organizational environment, and lead improvement initiatives that yield measurable benefits. Resolve architecture and business problems, serving as a resource for project initiatives; effectively communicate with all organization levels. Manage stakeholder expectations and participate in design discussions, problem resolution, and decision-making processes. Collaborate with various departments to interpret requirements and maintain expertise in your field. Provide leadership and training in your area of expertise to peers and business users, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education Required Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field. Substitutions 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a 4-year degree. Preferred Master's Degree. Experience Required No prior experience required. Preferred Experience with EPIC Applications. Knowledge of the health insurance industry. Licenses or Certifications Required No certification required. Preferred EPIC Certifications. Skills While not mandatory to have experience in all listed skills, an Architect should possess skills relevant to the applications they will support. Current skills will be reviewed biennially to meet evolving business needs. Work Environment Office-based, involving regular teaching and occasional travel to various work sites. $57,700.00 Pay Range Maximum:
$107,800.00 Base pay varies by candidate qualifications, experience, and contributions, as well as market considerations.
