Overview
We are looking for an experienced
IT Support Engineer
with
3+ years of hands-on experience
to provide reliable technical support across end-user systems and IT infrastructure. The role involves resolving complex support issues, supporting business-critical systems, and contributing to stable IT operations. This position suits professionals who can work independently, take ownership of incidents, and support users in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Provide 2nd line (and advanced 1st line) IT support to end users Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues Support Windows desktops/laptops and business applications Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing systems Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, cloud, or security teams Support system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or Service Desk roles Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience with Active Directory or user access management Familiarity with ticketing and IT service management tools Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience supporting users in a corporate or enterprise environment Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Knowledge of endpoint management or security tools Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent) What We Offer
