Maintenance

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Maintenance/Houseman to assist with general upkeep, repairs, and cleaning to ensure our facility runs smoothly and remains in excellent condition. This role requires a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Assist with cleaning and general housekeeping duties throughout the facility
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Support setup and teardown for events or special projects as needed
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishment when necessary
• Assist in groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance tasks
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of repair tools and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Physically able to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Flexible availability to accommodate part-time hours

Hours:
Part-time, approximately 30 hours, with some flexibility required for urgent tasks or events.

Compensation:
$20 - $21 per hour, commensurate with experience.
