As an Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a critical connector between our sales team and healthcare IT vendors. Your work will support meaningful conversations that contribute to the development of software and services used by healthcare providers around the world. You'll build professional relationships and thrive in a culture that values independence, trust, and autonomy.
We are seeking a highly professional individual who excels in clear, thoughtful email communication. The ideal candidate communicates with clarity and respect, ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients to coordinate meetings, respond to inquiries, and resolve scheduling-related needs
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
- Arrange and book domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries
- Assist with the completion and submission of travel and expense reports
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation related to administrative processes, records, and client coordination
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure team success
