Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Box Truck Drivers (No CDL required) to handle local and OTR (Over-The-Road) deliveries. Drivers will be responsible for on-time pickups and drop-offs, safe handling of freight, and maintaining professional communication with dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Operate 26ft Box Truck (non-CDL) safely and professionally
• Complete assigned deliveries across designated routes
• Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the trip
• Inspect and maintain truck condition before and after trips
• Secure freight properly using straps, pallet jacks, and load bars
• Upload delivery documents (BOLs, load photos, receipts, etc.)
• Follow all FMCSA and company safety rules

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license (No CDL required)
• Minimum age: 23 years old
• Greencard or passport
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
• Must have experience driving a 26ft box truck
• Must have a smartphone with GPS and camera access
• Professional communication skills and reliability are a must
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation

Pay Structure:

• 50% of total trip revenue (after deducting fuel, ELD, insurance, and toll expenses)
• Weekly settlements via direct deposit
• Average weekly pay: $800 – $1,400+ depending on trip volume and distance

Schedule

• Flexible schedule OTR loads available
• Routes vary by distance (daily, regional, or multi-day trips)
