divh2Enterprise Solutions Architect (SCITLS)/h2pWe are hiring an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join a high-impact Department of Defense program supporting national security initiatives. This role will directly support USSTRATCOMs mission to provide continuous, secure, and integrated IT services across classified and unclassified networks, including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. The selected candidate will lead enterprise-level architectural design and planning efforts with a focus on cybersecurity, DevSecOps integration, and application layer architecture. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and global communication systems./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvide systems engineering and architectural planning support for Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) initiatives./liliLead solution architecture design across application, network, storage, and cloud environments./liliRegularly evaluate and modernize existing architectures to enhance performance, security, and scalability./liliCollaborate with stakeholders across Operations Sustainment (OS) and engineering teams to align technical direction with mission needs./liliFocus on cybersecurity and secure application layer implementation as part of larger DoD IT infrastructure projects./li/ulpRequired Skills and Experience:/pulliBachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field./lili10+ years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise solution architecture./liliActive TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain it./liliDoD 8140 compliant certification (e.g., Security+)./liliAbility to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation certification within 9 months./liliDemonstrated expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)./liliProficiency in at least one or more of the following areas:/liulliCollaboration Services: CRM systems, integration platforms./liliCybersecurity Risk Management: PKI/certificate authority, RMF frameworks./liliEnterprise Infrastructure: VDI, Active Directory, DNS, disaster recovery./liliNetworking: LAN/WAN, VoIP, wireless technologies, application delivery./liliStorage Mobility: SAN, NAS, iSCSI, DAS, mobile computing./liliCloud Virtualization: Cloud platforms, containerization, virtualization tools./li/ul/ulpDesired Skills and Qualifications:/pulliExperience analyzing system operations and modeling systems at various abstraction levels (capability, operational, functional, etc.)./liliFamiliarity with OMG modeling frameworks: UML, DoDAF 2.0/UPDM, SysML, UAF./liliProficiency in modeling tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architect (preferred)./liliExperience developing executable models (fUML preferred)./liliAbility to extend UML-based models via APIs or modeling frameworks./liliCertification in systems modeling (e.g., OCSMP) or systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP)./liliPreferred professional certifications:/liulliITIL 4 Foundation or Managing Professional/liliTOGAF Certified Architect/liliLean Six Sigma Green Belt/liliCCNP, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure Network Engineer Associate/li/ul/ulpAbout Seneca Resources/ppAt Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firmwe are a trusted career partner.
