In this role, youll define the technical backbone of our global HR platform, drive AI-powered innovation, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and future-proof./ph3What Youll Own/h3ulliDefine and lead the technical and architectural vision for our core platform./liliDrive AI and machine learning initiatives that power automation, compliance, and data intelligence./liliEmbed DevSecOps and security-first principles throughout our software delivery lifecycle./liliDesign scalable, resilient, and cloud-native systems that support our global operations./liliMentor senior engineers, cooperate with Engineering managers, and guide teams toward engineering excellence./liliCollaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams to deliver intelligent, secure, and high-performing solutions./li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulli10+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and architecture skills./liliProven experience in AI/ML integration or productionizing machine learning models at scale./liliDeep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud security, and automation (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, IaC)./liliProficiency in backend technologies such as Java/Python./liliStrong problem-solving, leadership, and mentorship capabilities./liliPassion for innovation, scalability, and secure software design./li/ulh3Nice to Have/h3ulliExperience in HR tech, fintech, or data-heavy platforms./liliFamiliarity with GDPR, ISO27001, and modern data protection frameworks./liliKnowledge of AI ethics, model monitoring, or ML security./liliFamiliarity with AI/ML applications, observability, and intelligent automation./li/ulh3What You Can Expect/h3pOur benefits and perks/ppGlobal, remote, and thriving: Were a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries.
