divh2Senior Business Analyst/h2pThe Senior Business Analyst (SBA) supports the development of the NAVSUP ReadyForce Dashboard by leading requirements discovery, stakeholder engagement, and analytical definition efforts in support of an agile, iterative dashboard delivery. The SBA will work directly with NAVSUP customers and stakeholders who have a conceptual vision of the dashboard but lack fully defined requirements, KPIs, data sources, and end-user definitions. This role is responsible for translating evolving business and decision needs into actionable, prioritized requirements that inform dashboard prototypes, MVP delivery, and potential future development phases./ph3Responsibilities/h3pThe following reflects managements definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons./ppstrongRequirements Stakeholder Engagement/strong/pulliLead engagement with NAVSUP stakeholders, including leadership and operational users, to elicit, analyze, and validate dashboard requirements./liliIdentify and document dashboard user audiences, decision-makers, and stakeholder groups./liliFacilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and working sessions to define decision areas, KPIs, metrics, and supporting data needs./liliTranslate conceptual or high-level customer ideas into clearly defined, testable requirements and user stories./liliAid in assessment of source data for data mapping and dashboard development./li/ulpstrongAgile Project Support/strong/pulliSupport an agile dashboard development effort through backlog development, refinement, and prioritization./liliDevelop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements artifacts in alignment with agile best practices./liliSupport prototyping and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine requirements and dashboard functionality./liliIdentify and document additional requirements for potential future dashboard iterations and enhancements./li/ulpstrongDashboard Design Analytics Support/strong/pulliCollaborate with technical, data, and dashboard developers to create notional dashboard visuals, workflows, and conceptual architecture./liliEnsure KPIs and metrics are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned to NAVSUP readiness, performance, sustainment, and financial decision needs./liliTranslate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to support dashboard development./li/ulpstrongDocumentation, Analysis Governance/strong/pulliPrepare and maintain all required documentation in accordance with applicable DOW and NAVSUP standards and guidelines./liliIdentify and document functional gaps, process gaps, assumptions, constraints, and risks related to dashboard development and data availability./liliEvaluate proposed changes using analytical, data-driven decision-making to support prioritization and scope management./li/ulpstrongCommunication Program Support/strong/pulliProvide regular status updates to leadership regarding requirements status, emerging scope, risks, and impacts to schedule or deliverables./liliAdvise NAVSUP personnel on opportunities to improve analytics, visibility, and decision support through dashboard capabilities./liliKeep Nakupuna Solutions leadership abreast of project execution, requirements exceeding defined scope of work, and risks to timelines or deliverables./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongSkills/Qualifications:/strong Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex, data-driven or analytics-focused initiatives. Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements where customer needs are incomplete or evolving. Experience supporting agile development efforts. Strong facilitation, analytical, and written communication skills. Ability to engage with senior government stakeholders. Team player./ppstrongEducation and Experience:/strong This position desires a bachelors degree from an accredited institution or 5-7 years equivalent experience. The following are desirable levels of experience:/pulli5-7 years of NAVSUP experience/li/ulpstrongClearance Requirements:/strong Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance./ppstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job:/pulliAbility to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers./liliAbility to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations./liliAbility to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer./li/ul/div
