We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) analytics. In this role, you will utilize advanced modeling and experimentation techniques to enhance revenue growth and optimize the entire sales pipeline. About the Role In this crucial position, you will apply statistical modeling, experimentation, and in-depth analytics to influence strategy and support decision-making within our revenue organization. Your skills will help our leadership team gain essential insights into pipeline health, forecast financial outcomes, and identify opportunities for sustained growth. Key Responsibilities Model the Business:
Create forecasting and propensity models that improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Optimize the Sales Funnel:
Analyze lead scoring, opportunity progression, and deal velocity to recommend enhancements in acquisition, qualification, and closing rates. Experimentation & Causal Analysis:
Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, uplift modeling) to assess the impact of pricing, incentives, and campaign initiatives. Advanced Analytics for GTM:
Utilize machine learning and statistical methods to segment accounts, predict churn/expansion, and discover high-value targets. Cross-Functional Partnership:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to shape GTM strategies and foster a data-driven culture. Data Infrastructure Collaboration:
Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to define data requirements, ensure data quality, and support self-service reporting. Strategic Insights:
Present findings to executive leadership, translating intricate analyses into actionable recommendations. About You Experience:
6+ years in data science or advanced analytics, with a strong background in B2B SaaS or developer tool environments. Technical Depth:
Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Python or R for statistical analysis, forecasting, and machine learning applications. Domain Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of sales analytics, revenue operations, and product-led growth strategies. Analytical Rigor:
Skilled in experimental design, causal inference, and the development of predictive models that drive GTM strategies. Communication:
Excellent ability to convey data-driven insights persuasively and influence senior stakeholders across both technical and business landscapes. Business Impact:
A proven history of improving pipeline efficiency, boosting conversion rates, or delivering revenue results.
