Highmark Health Job Summary As a GRC Technology Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) architecture and technology solutions. Your work will directly support Highmark Health's mission by ensuring our GRC solutions address the complex needs of our stakeholders while enhancing business capabilities. You will collaborate across various departments, driving efficiency and effectiveness within GRC processes. Essential Responsibilities Design, define, and improve business processes, risk management, and compliance functions using innovative technology solutions.
Specify requirements and design GRC technology systems, including solution architecture that balances functionality with service quality.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to assess needs and align expectations regarding GRC process automation.
Gather detailed requirements and analyze customer and technological needs to create comprehensive design solutions.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, facilitating customer engagement and managing expectations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your field while advising on GRC technology and process improvements.
Implement and promote innovative training approaches related to GRC process automation and digital transformation.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Substitutions 6 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience Required 3 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology, preferably in healthcare. 1 year in IT discipline, Process Improvement, and System Architecture. Proficiency in Archer Development. Preferred
(any of the following) 1 year with Archer Governance Risk and Compliance suite. 1 year with SailPoint Access and Data Governance solutions. 1 year in Java/Web Development. 1 year in an Enterprise Architect role. Licenses or Certifications Required None. Preferred
(any of the following) Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Archer Certified Professional (ACP). Governance of Enterprise IT (CEGIT). Skills Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of risk management frameworks and healthcare industry processes. Strong analytical skills with a history of delivering results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences. Ability to build relationships and influence within a matrix organization. Archer Development experience is critical. Travel Requirements: 0% - 25% Physical, Mental Demands and Working Conditions This position is primarily office-based with occasional requirements for travel to various work sites. The role may involve teaching or training others. Pay Range Minimum:
$57,700.00 Pay Range Maximum:
