An established manufacturer producing a variety of components and parts and recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a team of 5. Full training from day 1, opportunity to develop. Responsibilities
Managing key customer accounts and order requests. Delivering excellent customer service. Managing orders with correct information, reconciled to customer schedule. Liaising with production for customer satisfaction regarding orders, progress and dispatch. Purchasing materials in line with production plan. Coordinating transport of materials and finished goods to customers. Overseeing material stock control and dispatch of manufactured goods to customers. Providing general wider administrative support and customer services. Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail. Sales administration and customer services experience. Drive to learn and develop. Team player, business oriented. Good level of IT skills; Oracle package training provided. Benefits
Salary £25,000 to £30,000 per annum. Bristol city centre, BS3 based. Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2:45pm (fully office based). 33 days holiday including bank holidays. On-site parking.
