Job Overview
This role provides essential office support and assists with the Dementia Guide program. Responsibilities include performing administrative and clerical tasks, preparing reports, and conducting eligibility screenings via phone. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Duties
- Make outbound telephone calls to conduct eligibility screenings for the Dementia Guide program, providing beneficiaries and caregivers with clear explanations of available services.
- Prepare and distribute routine reports, including daily Provider Scheduling reports, in accordance with established timelines.
- Support daily office operations by performing administrative and clerical tasks and assisting with other program-related activities as needed.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain organized office space and perform light cleaning duties as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background check. (No exceptions)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Teams).
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients professionally.
- Knowledge of medical office or healthcare administrative procedures is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
