Warehouse Manager

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse at Bowen Electric, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. This individual will work closely with the Director of Service Operations, Estimators, and Project Managers to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely ordering. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated warehouse inventory records daily.

Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the Director of Service Operations, Estimators, and Project Managers to ensure sufficient inventory levels and timely ordering of products.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records dally.
• Conduct regular physical Inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee daily receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate orders.
• Ensure proper handling and processing of product returns, including communication with electricians and department heads.

Safety and Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Address safety hazards promptly and ensure proper storage of inventory and equipment.

Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
• Licensed to operate a forklift

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
