Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position at our office located in Boca Raton, Florida. As Project Coordinator, you'll be the central point of communication between clients, project managers, suppliers, and field teams. You will play a key role in ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare reports, track progress, and flag risks early
• Support Project Managers with planning and execution
• Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and follow-ups
• Organize plans, permits, contracts, and project files
• Help ensure projects stay on time and on budget

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Experience in the construction industry is an asset
