Restaurant Manager

Location: Four Points by Sheraton – Peoria, Illinois

Position Overview:
Four Points by Sheraton Peoria is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations within the hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and leading restaurant staff in alignment with brand and hospitality standards.

This is a fully onsite position based at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including breakfast, dining, and bar services (as applicable)
• Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff to ensure optimal service levels
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with hotel management and kitchen teams to improve service and revenue performance

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work onsite at the hotel

Compensation:

• Salary and compensation will be discussed during the interview process
