Basic Qualifications- Experience with US Government and international customers and contracts

- Knowledge and documented application of acquisition regulations (FAR & DFARS)
- Generally has 8+ years of related experience and may have a postsecondary degree or training in a related discipline.
You will be the Contracts Management Manager for the Precision Fires Line of Business. Our team is responsible for delivering contract excellence that powers advanced munitions development, production, and sustainment. As the Contracts Management Manager you will be responsible for leading a high performing contracts organization, guiding the full contract lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Lead and develop the contracts team across the full contract lifecycle—from capture, proposal, and award through execution, closeout, and audit.
- Negotiate and manage US Government, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts, ensuring strict adherence to laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority.
- Partner with program management, finance, legal, engineering, and other functions to provide strategic contract guidance, risk mitigation, and integrated solutions.
- Oversee contract audits and compliance activities, coordinating with internal and external audit teams to verify adherence and drive continuous improvement.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external customers, delivering innovative contract solutions that support business growth and mission success.
- The position will require onsite work >50% of the time and occasional travel is required.
- Experience negotiating and managing complex development and production contracts
- Proven ability to develop trusted partnerships with internal and external customers
- Cost Type, Fixed Price, and Incentive Fee Contracting Type knowledge
- Extensive negotiation experience and knowledge of Precision Fires Munitions portfolio
- Experience in strategy development for new captures
- Ability to engage in routine and unique problems / issues to help develop solutions for multimilliondollar complex contracts
- Ability to coordinate DCAA and DCMA activities including audits, financing payments, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience working autonomously with general direction
- Experience handling multiple, widelyvaried assignments
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience problem solving, including identifying issues and developing solutions
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced team environment and work well under pressure
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence, positivity, and enthusiasm leading a team and working collaboratively with key stakeholders during a project
