  • Communicate product strategy, decisions, and progress clearly to stakeholders across the enterprise.

Execution & Delivery

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories incorporate AI capabilities, data requirements, and personalization considerations where relevant.
  • Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams implementing content, personalization, and AI-enabled features.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, architecture, and AI/ML teams to ensure solutions are user-centered, technically sound, ethically responsible, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Support all sprint ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Enterprise Personalization Capability

  • Lead the product strategy for enterprise personalization, including rule-based and AI-driven models that enhance relevance and engagement.
  • Partner with Data, Analytics, and MarTech teams to define segmentation, targeting, experimentation, and the foundations for machine-learning-powered personalization.

Performance & Optimization

  • Define KPIs for portal performance, engagement, usability, and AI-based personalization outcomes.
  • Leverage analytics and AI-assisted insights to evaluate content performance, user behavior, journey friction points, and engagement opportunities.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data—including predictive analytics—to guide prioritization and iterative improvements.
  • Ensure accessibility, localization, SEO, governance, and content integrity are upheld across all enhancements.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence

  • Serve as a trusted collaborator across business and technology teams to ensure the customer portal supports enterprise-wide journeys and digital objectives.
  • Evangelize the responsible use of AI to enhance customer experience, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the product in governance processes, portfolio planning, and enterprise digital transformation efforts.
