Landscaping Crew Leader

Our landscapes are immaculate. From Louisburg to Liberty, Lees Summit to Lenexa, youll be in charge of ensuring each property meets our high standards for excellence and attention to detail. To be successful in this position, you will need to:

Our ideal candidate can:

• Bring a clients dreams to life in the form of patios, retaining walls, firepits and outdoor kitchens. **You must have verifiable, crew foreman position experience in landscaping and hardscape construction to be considered for this specific listing.**
• Operate various types of power equipment: loaders, chainsaw, sod cutters, concrete saws, bed edgers and many others
• Manage a crew of 2-3 other team members and communicate with both the client & management
• Demonstrate proper tree & shrub installation, have a good plant identification background, and strong design reading and bed layout skills
• Drive a large truck & trailer combo
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Install drainage systems, repair lighting & irrigation and be able to problem solve on the job
• Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation
• Work on designated Saturdays

• Competitive pay $20-27 per hour
• 1.5x pay for snow removal hours
