CNC Lathe Programmer

NTL Industries Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to support our surging small business

This position is ideal for a seasoned machinist who excels at producing complex components that meet high quality and performance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience programming and operating Mazak CNC lathes with live tooling
• Comprehensive understanding of material behavior, tooling selection, feeds/speeds, and workholding.
• Proven capability in development of CNC programs and machining precision components with tight tolerances and complex geometries.
• Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, applying GD&T, and analyzing critical dimensions.
• Experience with first piece and in-process inspections.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs in dynamic work environment.
• 3+ years experience in Aerospace and Defense industries
• Experience with CAD

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of AS9100D quality management system
• Experience with Mazak Quick Turn Lathes
• Experience with MasterCAM
