Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Assist with data entry tasks to update client information, order statuses, and support tickets with precision
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
- Support client services by troubleshooting issues, escalating complex cases appropriately, and ensuring timely resolution
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong plus
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling strategies and call center protocols is advantageous
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Typing speed and accuracy to manage high-volume interactions efficiently
