Your Opportunity to Drive Operational Excellence
As the Inventory Control Supervisor , you are the vital link that ensures the continuous, accurate flow of our products. This role is a direct challenge to protect and maintain the accuracy of inventory within our largest warehouse , making you crucial to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll achieve this by leading and mentoring your team, maintaining impeccable records, resolving complex discrepancies, and constantly seeking process improvement to keep our operations world-class.
What You'll Be Doing
Inventory Leadership & Analysis
- Develop, manage, and enforce all inventory control procedures and policies.
- Execute daily inventory analysis to proactively identify, investigate, and resolve all discrepancies.
- Supervise and execute all inventory movements (transfers, location changes).
- Ensure quality and accuracy by tracking shipping errors and key inventory metrics.
- Lead root cause analysis on discrepancies and recommend process enhancements.
Cycle Counting & Accuracy
- Oversee and perform daily cycle counts of finished goods, packaging, and non-conforming materials.
- Physically verify and document materials (counting, weighing, and marking) to determine on-hand quantity.
- Locate and correct misclassified inventory positions.
- Report all discrepancies and damage to leadership, and publish weekly/quarterly inventory metrics .
Systems & Administration
- Collaborate on the Test Execution Plan for WMS software upgrades and new system implementations.
- Compile and analyze historical data and trends to ensure distribution milestones are met.
- Analyze variances , report findings, and recommend data-driven process improvements.
Who We're Looking For
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Preferred).
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Supervisory role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience performing cycle counts.
- Ability to certify on warehouse equipment within 60 days of hire.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable using specific warehouse management software (e.g., WMS Edge, SAGE).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (essential for audits and team leadership).
- Proven time management skills with the ability to handle time-critical issues.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm EST. Occasional off-hour input may be required based on business needs.
- Work Environment: Primarily indoor warehouse. Exposure to seasonal temperature variations will occur.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and the ability to work and read for extended periods.

The salary range for this role is $65K to $75K a year and a yearly bonus potential. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
