Duties
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Provide expert advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law to ensure clients' assets are protected and transferred efficiently.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis using advanced financial software to evaluate investment opportunities, cash flow, and portfolio performance.
- Assist clients with securities law compliance, tax strategies, and regulatory requirements to optimize their financial outcomes.
- Manage client portfolios by monitoring market trends, performing research, and adjusting strategies to maximize growth and minimize risk.
- Educate clients on various financial services including wealth management, asset management, banking products, and cash management solutions.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through regular communication, personalized service, and ongoing financial education.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial sales, investment management, or related financial services roles.
- In-depth knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and tax law as they relate to personal finance.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts such as securities law, portfolio management, accounting principles, and technical accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and produce actionable insights.
- Familiarity with research methods and financial software tools used for analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a focus on building trust and long-term client engagement.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in finance or securities law are preferred but not mandatory; a commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.
