Journeyman Plumber

The Right Choice Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing is seeking a friendly and motivated Journeyman Plumber with experience to join our Team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their proper functioning
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed
• Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess sales skills to:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide suitable solutions
• Present and explain plumbing services to potential clients
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for plumbing services
• Upsell additional services or products to clients as appropriate
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets

Skills:

• Experience in assembling and installing plumbing systems in new construction projects
• Knowledge of remodeling techniques and the ability to adapt existing plumbing systems
• Strong skills in pipe threading, welding, and soldering
• Ability to plumb fixtures, sinks, toilets, showers, etc.
• Capable of heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Pay: $75, $120,000.00 per year
