We are seeking dynamic Distribution Center Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Jose, California. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be integral to the efficient flow of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping a diverse array of products. This role demands physical stamina, precision, and an unwavering commitment to safety. You will operate modern warehouse equipment and utilize technology to maintain inventory accuracy and support our robust logistics network. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming shipments.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate various types of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stocking and cycle counting.
  • Uphold stringent safety standards, utilizing all required PPE.
  • Keep the work environment clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification preferred).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
