Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our operations in Seattle, Washington. This role requires individuals who are adept at maintaining warehouse equipment and ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics infrastructure. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently. A strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment (e.g., conveyors, forklifts, palletizers).
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct safety inspections and document findings.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Support logistics operations by ensuring equipment readiness.
  • Follow all guidelines regarding safe Lifting and material handling during equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
  • Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical tasks, including occasional Lifting.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
