Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is fundamental to our operations, involving the efficient processing of orders from picking to packing and shipping. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and physical activity.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management concepts.
