Join our growing logistics operation as a Fulfillment Associate in the vibrant city of Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about efficient order processing and accurate inventory management. This role involves a wide range of warehouse duties, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner.
- Receive incoming inventory, inspect for damage, and stock items in appropriate locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Utilize RF scanners to manage inventory and track order fulfillment progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests, at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding and adherence to safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
