Join our dedicated warehouse team in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a Warehouse Worker. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will play a critical role in inventory management, ensuring accuracy and preventing loss. Teamwork and effective communication are key, as you will collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and operational goals. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and moving of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (if trained).
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Follow proper Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Utilize provided PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Good communication skills.
