We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support our operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a key role in our logistics chain, responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of performing physically demanding tasks and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all team members must strictly follow all safety guidelines and utilize the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires the ability to perform tasks that involve significant lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Experience with manual pallet jacks and general warehouse equipment is beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere. Understanding basic logistics principles will be advantageous. - Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Understanding of basic logistics and safety procedures, including PPE.
