Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics hub.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
