Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks for moving inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and packing quotas.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
- Understand and follow proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order picking instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 30-50 lbs.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
