Our San Francisco, California warehouse is seeking a versatile Warehouse Worker to support our daily operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- Perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
