Job Summary:
Opportunity for an Order Picker in San Antonio, Texas! Our logistics company is looking for dedicated individuals to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving items from warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately select items from warehouse locations according to pick lists or scanner prompts.
  • Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Transport picked items to packing or staging areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Report any discrepancies in inventory or product quality to supervisors.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Meet individual productivity targets for order picking.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
  • Willingness to comply with all safety rules and wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary.
