Hybrid – Midlands (2 days per week on-site)
IGA Talent Solutions have partnered with a Midlands based local government client to support them in finding a Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis. In this role you'll be responsible for leading a small team of Analysts to deliver high-quality business analysis across the organisation. You will work closely with technical & operational teams to ensure projects (SDLC & Agile) are delivered within budget, on-time and in line with business objectives.
Key skills & experience: Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams, including systems and technology departments. Able to define business requirements and provide detailed business process analysis, gap analysis and impact assessments. In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Lead complex business analysis activities across multiple projects and cross-functional areas. Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous, complex change environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. A track record of developing people and leadership capabilities is an advantageous.
